Hotel Jequitimar Guaruja Resort & Spa By Accor - Ex Sofitel, Guarujá

I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. The location by the beach is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are massive and comfortable. However, I was quite disappointed with the dining options and the lack of communication regarding reservations at the flagship restaurant. The service also took too long at the more casual dining option, and some areas seemed to need a refresh.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offers a lovely pool area and nice restaurants. However, the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use some renovations, especially considering the price. Overall, it was a good experience, but I expected a little more for what I paid.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sofitel in São Paulo, especially being able to celebrate our wedding with family. The beach access right in front of the hotel was a huge plus, and the breakfast and lunch buffets offered a fantastic variety of delicious food. Although there was a minor issue with the Jacuzzi, the management handled it well. However, while generally a great stay, I did find the service a bit inconsistent and some of the dining options could use improvement. Overall, I would recommend this resort for its clean environment and family-friendly atmosphere.
